A Note From Eric

Eric Pellini

I spent thirteen years as a performance coach. I trained hedge fund operators, D1 athletes, adaptive athletes, and teenagers who couldn’t look their parents in the eye.

I thought I knew what pressure was. Then my daughter was born — and everything I’d built got tested in ways the gym never prepared me for.

The tools that got me through aren’t the ones you’d expect. They didn’t come from pushing harder. They came from learning how to stop.

That’s what I teach now. That’s Stillpoint.

I write about all of it — fatherhood, identity, pressure, and what it actually takes to stop drifting.
